Wash Bay Attendant

We are looking for a Full-Time Wash Bay Attendant!

Are you a motorcycle enthusiast with an eye for detail? By becoming a Wash Bay & Hydro Tech, you’ll be responsible for washing, cleaning, and cosmetically preparing motorcycles for delivery on the showroom floor and for customers. You will play a key role in providing “Outstanding Customer Service” as detailing is the last critical step before that shiny new or pre-owned motorcycle is delivered to our customers.

Job Duties

• Washing, drying, and maintaining quality control of motorcycles

• Detailing motorcycles for service and sales

• Buffing painted parts and applying polishes, conditioners, and waxes

• Maintaining proper supply and safe storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Sustaining an organized system of jobs and storage of motorcycles

• Transporting units to various locations in the building

Requirements

• Must have valid Driver’s License with motorcycle endorsement

• Must be able to move a 900+ lb. motorcycle

• Able to bend, stoop, and be on your feet for an 8-hour shift

• Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to multi-task and possess great organizational skills

• Willing to train if you’re willing to learn

Income Expectations

• Full-Time position at 40 hours/week (During Summer hours, Saturdays are required with one weekday off)

• Paid weekly, based on experience, and has room for growth

• Benefits include vacation time, holiday pay, and health insurance for full-time employees (Dental insurance and 401K plans available after probation period)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
