Job Description:
Become part of Scrub-A-Dub and join a growing team of Customer Service professionals. We strive to provide fast, friendly and convenient service. As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be responsible for engaging with Scrub-A-Dub patrons and building trusting relationships. By providing outstanding service with an outgoing attitude, you will be directly responsible for ensuring the best possible customer experience.
What you would do?
What to Expect
- Promptly greet customers with a friendly and sincere approach
- Directly interact with customers to educate them on the products and services we offer and make recommendations
- Process transactions and Point-Of-Sale(POS)/cashier-related tasks
- Manage traffic flow and guide cars onto the wash conveyor with focus and competence
- Maintain the physical appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the premises
- Learn new processes and procedures by becoming proficient regarding all policies and best practices, including personal appearance expectations
