Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR at our Munster, IN distribution center.

Duties Include:

- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including materials handling, shipping, and receiving.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Strong knowledge of materials handling processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation and labeling requirements.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
