Job Description
Hours: 7:15PM to 4:00 (Up to 2.5 hours of Overtime Daily)
Duties:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a dynamic team of 5-20 members and team leaders.
- Determine staffing levels, assign workloads, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure optimal team performance.
- Customer Satisfaction:

- Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency in receiving, identifying, inspecting, and ensuring the quality and inventory control of inbound and outbound shipments.

- Performance Measurement:
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of team activities and individual employee performance.
- Efficient Operations:
- Organize and maintain the efficiency of inbound and outbound staging areas.
- Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate job expectations clearly and facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Interface with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Update FMDS board as required by the Operations Manager.
- Conduct safety walks to ensure warehouse compliance with 5S standards.
- Prepare semi-annual/annual performance evaluations for all employees, to be reviewed by the Operations Manager.
- Establish training plans for new hires following SOP.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and update WIS (Work Instructions) as needed, under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
- Maintain accurate records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
- Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a supervisor is required.
- Extensive experience with mobile equipment is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data input/retrieval.
- Hands-on commitment to task completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excels in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Ability to analyze situations from multiple perspectives.
