SalaryOur Warehouse Selector is responsible for selecting the correct products from pick slots, palletizing orders, and delivering products to the dock in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operates a standup electric pallet jack to transport product.
- Hand selects orders in a refrigerated environment ranging from 34 - 55 degrees.
- Stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures.
- Stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations.
- Maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment.
- Shrink-wraps product on loading dock.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels as established.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs., transverse a warehouse unassisted, and stand for 8+ hours.
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment background screening.
The starting salary for this position is $17.20 per hour plus an additional $4.57 per hour in cash fringe benefits for a maximum hourly rate of up to $21.77 with the possibility of additional weekly performance incentives.
