Position Description:
BEKO warehouse serves our internal customers, including customer service, production, purchasing, technical support and salespeople, to provide good quality in shipping, receiving and warehouse/ equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: shipping and receiving of small parcel, LTL, TL, LCL, & FCL freight and general warehousing operations.
Description of Duties:
· Fills and ships customer orders; satisfying internal shipment requirements (technical service, inter-company communications, etc.).
· Ensures the accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.
· Receives incoming material and routs to the appropriate area or personnel.
· Ensures a clean and organized warehouse.
· Reviews incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy. Reports and addresses discrepancies as necessary.
· Manages shipments and ensures transaction accuracy in the company ERP system and in the carrier shipping applications.
· Responds to and answers inquiries regarding shipments requirements (ex. weights, dims, transit times, etc.)
Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Use of pallet jacks; use of sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
