We are looking for an energetic experienced Warehouse Operator to come join our team in Hogansville. The Warehouse Operator performs a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming product, picking, and filling orders from stock, stacking, and wrapping product and/or building pallets. The Warehouse Lead will also lead a group of House-Autry employees in the performance of their assigned duties while acting as a vital link between House-Autry hourly associates and House-Autry warehouse leadership. This position will develop and train hourly associates to drive efficiency and productivity.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Responsible for shipping and receiving schedule.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving in Hogansville.
- To establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
- To gain a general knowledge of cost-effective warehouse principles and management.
- Actively display knowledge of standard safety practices and procedures relating to warehouse operations and equipment.
- Drive shuttle truck between Griffin and Hogansville
- Assist other departments as necessary
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED a plus.
- 3-5 years in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Food manufacturing preferred with a strong warehouse/distribution background.
- Capability to lead a diverse workforce.
- Experience with SAP and a WMS
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Must be standup forklift Certified
- Capacity to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and troubleshooting instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Adeptness to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Aptitude to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
- Skill to apply mathematical concepts and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a team environment.
