As a Selection Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations in the dock and receiving areas. You will work hands on to effectively motivate, coach and engage team members to drive productivity and performance. Additionally, you will manage the record keeping of all inventory and data reporting of all products in our warehouse management system.
What you’ll do in your role:- Receive, input, and post orders for various programs
- Input inventory from orders which includes creating item cards and slotting product
- Receive finished product sheets, create item cards, enter inventory, and slot product
- Conduct and monitor monthly inventory adjustments
- Receive and process documents of disposed product
- Create donation orders from retail store pickup and receiving records for grocery rescue.
- Ensure that warehouse team members maintain inventory documentation as directed

- College degree preferred but not required
- Up to 5 years of experience in distribution or warehouse management and warehouse management systems database, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience supervising a team
- Technical aptitude (O365, Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work well on a team and learn new concepts quickly
- Ability to be self-directed and demonstrate the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines with exceptional analytical, problem solving, written and organizational skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to perform other reasonable duties as requested, including willingness and ability to stay late on occasion
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, and reaching to conduct physical product inventory counts if necessary.
- Pallet jack experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
