SalaryJob Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of supply chain management. Responsibilities: - Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products - Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity - Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts - Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely delivery of materials - Collaborate with transportation planning to optimize shipping and receiving schedules - Implement and maintain effective materials management systems - Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with procurement team to procure necessary materials and supplies - Monitor demand planning to anticipate inventory needs Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices - Familiarity with fleet management and transportation planning - Proficiency in using warehouse management software systems - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings - Forklift certification is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
