About us:
Wolfiek Group runs and manages several eCommerce websites, selling and distributing select brands of airguns and shooting equipment/accessories worldwide (google PCP Carbines). Our offices and warehouse are located in Poblenou (near metros Marina/Bogatell). We're still a small team of <15 with ambitious growth plans.
The Role:
As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficient functioning and optimal performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Location: Strategically organizing and arranging products within the warehouse to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- Stock Control: Implementing systems and procedures for monitoring and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess stock.
- Maintaining Warehouse Cleanliness, Order, and Safety: Enforcing cleanliness protocols, maintaining organized storage areas, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to create a safe and conducive working environment.
- Forecasting Inventory Demand: Analyzing historical data and market trends to forecast demand accurately, enabling timely replenishment of stock and preventing shortages.
- Tracking and Sorting Products: Monitoring the movement of goods within the warehouse, tracking stock levels, and sorting products based on various factors such as size, type, and demand.
- Receipt, Classification, and Registration of New Inventory (Inbound): Overseeing the receiving process, inspecting incoming shipments, classifying products, and accurately recording inventory data in the system.
- Efficiently Preparing, Packaging, and Shipping Orders (Outbound): Managing the order fulfillment process, coordinating with relevant departments to pick, pack, and label orders accurately, and ensuring timely shipment to customers.
In summary, as a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and facilitating the seamless flow of goods from receipt to delivery. Your role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and meeting customer expectations.

High level of Spanish and English to facilitate communication with the team and international clients.
Previous experience in supply chain will be valued.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the order of products within the warehouse and must also feel comfortable performing tasks both on the computer and in shipping preparation.
