ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for a capable Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support our company's warehouse operations. This individual plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of materials, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Their attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate effectively with the design team, suppliers, and clients are essential for success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and verify orders from the design team members, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain communication with the design team and clients regarding order status and delivery times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and providing order updates.
- Keep detailed records of orders, communications, and inventory.
- Resolve order-related issues promptly.
- Receive and verify incoming materials from suppliers.
- Organize warehouse storage and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Fulfill client orders by selecting materials and organizing for deliveries and pickups.
- Coordinate shipments and handle product returns efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Monday through Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills are essential
- Must be able to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Must have experience or willingness to learn to drive a forklift
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, including large format ceramic 24x48 tile

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
