Warehouse Coordinator

American Custom Drying has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinatorwith proven experience in the organization, shipment and receipt of inventory.

The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the shipping and receiving of materials and overall organization of the warehouse in a manner that meets company standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for picking, staging and loading customer orders for shipment. This may include reconfiguring pallets, re-palletizing, shrink wrapping, labeling, etc.
• Ensures that the products, labels, lot numbers, bag counts, and all supporting documentation are accurate and accompanies each shipment.
• Ensures the accuracy of all shipping/receiving documents, gathers and maintains all paperwork and files appropriately.
• Receives, verifies, and stores products to ensure accuracy of incoming materials.
• Conducts 7-point inspections on incoming trucks prior to loading product.
• Utilizes the ERP system and scan guns for the movement of material from location to location and/or in the shipping/receiving of product.
• Conducts cycle counts and maintains inventory of shipping/receiving materials and supplies.
• Operates in compliance with all food grade quality and safety regulations, including GMP’s, SOP’s, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, etc.
• Operates material handling equipment, safely and efficiently, at all times.
• Maintains warehouse equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction.
• Maintains effective communication with all departments to ensure efficient workflow.
