Warehouse Coordinator

we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.

Duties

• Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
• Manage Inbound for packaging materials, semi-finished items and ingredients.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers.
• Manage proper levels of inventory and communicate needs to re-stock.
• Inbound/Outbound load inspection to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Assign and oversee workload for warehouse personnel.
• Forklift operation as needed.
• Manage inbound and outbound systematically using SAP.
• Enter daily transactions into the system and validate to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with Traffic department and prepare orders paperwork based on priority.
• Create documents and labels for truck loads.
• Create and manage BOL’s and follow up.
• Communicate with internal departments based on daily production schedule.
• Manage proper warehouse housekeeping and compliance.

Skills
To excel in this role, the Warehouse Coordinator should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including e-commerce and distribution center processes
- Experience with shipping and receiving procedures
- Proficiency in using SAP inventory management systems
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts safely
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
