The Warehouse Workflow Coordinator position works closely with the Daida Center Manager to ensure warehouse operations are facilitated according to clients’ specifications. This position is responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations and coordinating the flow of work within and/or between departments to expedite production. It also helps to ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory is properly received, documented, tracked, and stored and reviews the production schedule and work orders. The hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $20.00/hour. Daida offers competitive benefit packages!

Key Job Responsibilities

· Understands the statements of work, job Instructions, and pipeline of work to be completed at Daida Center.

· Inspects and reviews the originals instructions immediately for all jobs upon arrival to Daida Center.

· Partners with Daida Center Manager to ensure projects are completed timely and accurately for each client.

· Assigns Job Number and label the boxes with Daida Job Number.

· Updates Warehouse Calendar and Production Report with job details.

· Addresses all immediate questions, gaps, or issues with Daida Center Manager, Customer Success Manager or Sales to make sure proper instructions are received.

· Communicates regularly with other departments to ensure customer’s material is received and/or shipped in a timely manner.

· Manages the contents in the warehouse (tracking of incoming and outgoing boxes with proper documentation, visual inspection and taking photos).

· Follows all safety compliance requirements.

· Regularly inspects material handling equipment to ensure safe operation.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Requires a high school diploma and 2 years related work experience.

· Document Management experience a plus.

· Duties & tasks are non-routine.

· Resolves most questions & problems. Applies some advanced skills - works under minimal supervision.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

· Able to lift 35-pound box.

· Must have a valid driver’s license to visit client’s sites as needed for pickups and deliveries.

· Must be certified to operate forklift/platform truck, if applicable. Has a valid driver's license to make pick-ups and deliveries if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
