ROLE OVERVIEW:
Schedule: Full time 40 hour work week
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Saturdays- You will be needed to load out the crews in the morning at 7:30am most days this will not take more than 30 minutes but you will be paid 3 hours for coming in.
Scheduling 50%
We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator that can schedule a customer’s flooring installation service for ~5-10 installers in a specified area. In this role, you will be working to strategically schedule & fill your installers while accommodating customer’s scheduling needs. You will be contacting each customer directly by phone to schedule them accordingly and inform them of the installation process. You will have aid with a superior scheduling software that assists you in scheduling, routing, and assigning installer workload. You will additionally have a dedicated team of 7-8 Scheduling Coordinators that are truly a delight to work with & can assist you. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure that the installers are scheduled well and efficient. You will additionally be working with the District Service Manager who directly manages the installers. There will be 1-on-1 training expected to be completed within 2 weeks with a predefined SOP & training plan.
Warehousing 50%
This will be a duel roll also responsible for maintaining a small warehouse. Loading carpet crews in the morning, receiving carpet and pad delivery most days. In house training and forklift certification to be provided. You will need to be able to lift up to 50lbs. Oversee waste removal of 2 30 yard dumpsters. Responsible for overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and office at this location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Schedule customers efficiently in regard to geographic distance and installer workload. (Our system aids you with these)
- Handling general customer questions.
- Completing assigned activities each day.
- Having a positive and outgoing attitude.
- Working with the team to conquer the day every day.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a customer service roll.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
