Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing orders;

- Load / Offload small shipments
- Ensure accurate and timely order packaging and shipping of products
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, orders, and shipments

- Issue pick tickets, BOL, labels and insurance certificates for shipments

- tracks the shipment to keep customers updated and provides PODs

- Issue quotes for domestic deliveries for both LTL and White Glove services

- Billing and sending invoices to customers
- Collaborate with VP to develop and implement efficient warehouse processes

- Manage the maintenance of the warehouse

Skills:

- Experience handling the distribution for FURNITURE
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and handle warehouse operations
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems to track inventory and process orders
-Proficiency in excel as data entry

- Experience in shipping and receiving procedures

- Provide efficient Customer Service to our customers

- Handles high volume of emails and calls on a daily basis

Other duties as assigned on a daily basis, depending on workload.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
