Report to: Assistant Warehouse Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Summary/ Objective:
This role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of warehousing functions including; delivering, storing, processing and loading of warehouse inventory.
Essential Functions:
- Pull and pack orders
- Help Will Call customers
- Unload, receive and put away stock when needed
- Prepare orders to ship via 3rd party
- Load trucks
- Ensure inventory accuracy
- Back-up driver for morning and afternoon run
- Back up wire cutters
Competencies:
- Basic mathematics skills
- Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
- Basic computer skills
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position is not a supervisory role and has no direct reports.
Work Environment:
This job mostly operates within the warehouse setting. Varying temperatures and moving equipment are present in the warehouse. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Physical Demands:
- the ability to stand, walk for moderately long distances, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, push/pull) weight up to 50lbs unassisted
- The ability to climb a ladder
- The ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and various warehousing machinery/tools
- Ability to use a keyboard and type proficiently
- Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes and similar equipment
