Responsibilities:
- Call Center - receiving and returning calls (80% remote/20% in office available)
- Maintain, organize and respond to email/chat/voice mail/message board
- Customer resolution
- Assist customers with PO placement
- Order parts for our customers field repairs. This includes parts from various outside sources and within Moveras internal parts resources
- Issued PO numbers for parts purchases
- Shipping parts from stock and generating UPS labels
- Assist customers on how to file labor claim
- Issuing RMA’s and field repairs
- Organize incoming photos on repair tickets
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively and efficiently with all customers.
- Willing to get into the details, analyze, draw conclusions and most importantly ensure the customer is satisfied and that their problem is solved.
- Flexible and able to adapt to requirements in a fast paced setting.
- A team player – willing to lend an extra hand or ear when necessary!
- Strong word processing skills and typing ability.
Desired Skills:
- Spanish bilingual a plus
