SalaryBMI Supply of Queensbury, NY, is seeking a qualified candidate for a Warehouse Assistant position. This full-time position involves shipping/receiving processes, product organization & preparation, and occasional facility maintenance tasks. Specific duties include picking/packing/shipping customer orders, receiving stock orders, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, and working proactively with other departments to promote superior customer service.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an active warehouse environment. Candidate should exhibit computer know-how (preferably UPS and FEDEX shipping software), effective communication and organization skills, and meticulous attention-to-detail. Candidate must be able to lift 75 lbs, maneuver standard warehouse equipment (pallet jack, rolling ladder, motorized order picker, etc.), and complete basic electrical tasks. Clean driving record also required.
