Key Skills Needed:
- At least 2 years previous experience as a receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous work with BOL, PO's, Invoicing.
- Previous work processing short- and long-term LOA and Workmen's Compensation
Essential Job Functions and Qualifications
- Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
- Perform functions related to scheduling, procurement, customer service and/or shipping of products.
- Plan and coordinate schedule line change over and production runs according to customer demand.
- Update multiple accounting and financial functions from and well as data entry into JD Edwards and other software.
- Maintain plant level accounting functions to include raw material and finished goods inventory management.
- Inputting customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback Database.
- Process request for leaves of absence and short or long term disability applications.
- Perform multiple accounting and financial functions from an administrative.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation.
- Assists with coordinating and follow-up in regards to the hourly personnel recruitment process with Plant Manager.
- Edit, monitor and maintain all facets of plant human resources.
- Process payroll functions accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Track employee attendance points and advise management when employees reach warning threshold.
