Responsibilities: - Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and mailing. - Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records. - Assist with data entry and data management tasks. - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members. - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance. - Schedule appointments and manage calendars. - Assist with front desk duties as needed. - Provide administrative support to the office staff. Experience: - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred. - Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. - Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus.
