Position Summary

Dreamers Event Rentals is seeking someone who is self motivated, detail oriented and enjoys a high level of responsibility to lead a team towards achieving an overall objective. The Warehouse Assistant will be working closely with the warehouse supervisor to clean, stage and prep tent rentals and vinyl.

THIS POSITION IS SEASONAL WITH CONSISTENT 32+HR WEEKS FROM APRIL THROUGH OCTOBER.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Clean and manage tent vinyl
• Operate tent washing machine
• Fold, stack, store tent rental inventory
• Pick, stage and load tent rentals
• Submit tent rental inventory report
• View and access tent pick lists
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace
• Perform other operations related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 18 Years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift/move 50lbs
• Excellent time management skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Prioritize care and quality standards for equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and optimistic

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No degree required

Experience:

• 1+ Years of warehouse experience (Preferred)
• Training will be provided

Work Location:

• One location

Schedule:

• Avg weekly hours: 30-40 hrs
• Typical schedule: Mon-Thur - 8:30am - 4pm. Fri - Occassionally 9am - 1pm

Compensation:

• Starting Rate during 30day Orientation: $17/hr
• After 30d Orientation: $18/hr
• After 90d Evaluation: $19/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
