The Warehouse Manager provides critical support for operations, production, maintenance and other mission critical needs at our production facilities and launch site.

The Warehouse Manager provides critical support for operations, production, maintenance and other mission critical needs at our production facilities and launch site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all Firefly Aerospace Warehouse locations, Shipping and Receiving employees and departments.
- Accuracy, movement, and storage of all inventory items.
- Develop roles and responsibility for Warehouse personnel and develop standard work and measurements.
- Create and maintain accuracy of all warehouse SOPs and ensure training requirements are maintained and documented.
- Support System and Data integrity within the ERP system.
- Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement and KPIs to measure those efforts.
- Support Quality, Production, Launch and other Firefly departments at the highest level of quality and control as possible.
- Support all Firefly Warehouse and Logistics expansion and mission efforts.
- Use sound management principals and techniques to achieve a high level of efficiency and to develop talent, skills, and processes.
- Maintain material in accordance with AS9100 processes.
- Manage all shipping activities, including; contracts, quotes and suppliers.
- Follow positive employee relations practices. Select and recommend candidates for hire, promotion, recognition, disciplinary action and/or termination keeping appropriate documentation.
- Manager the Warehouse budget and support the annual budget process.
- Ensure that all equipment training, and certification is conducted and updated per HSE requirements.
- Conduct annual reviews and employee development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7-10 years warehouse management (multiple sites)
- 3 - 5 years logistics
- Experience in Production/Manufacturing environment
- Management experience required
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Barcoding implementation/Usage
- KB Implementation/Support
- Good communication
- High level of Computer/systems user
Desired
- Odoo ERP/MRP knowledge
- ITAR experience
- AS9100/ISO
- Experience in an Engineering development, Proto-typing and test environment a plus
- Experience in AS9100 environment a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Management experience required
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Performance metrics experience a plus
- WMS experience a plus
- Lean a plus
