Position Summary:
Lexor is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the warehouse inventory activities, safety of work environment, and team member personnel issues. Assign tasks to the team members of the Warehouse. Follow up with purchasing, sales, and accounting to ensure that orders are correctly processed. Ensure that the workflow and efficiency of production is up to par.

- Ability of using tools and warehouse equipment, including pallet truck and hand truck
- Demonstrates and promotes safety knowledge and safe working practices.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervising warehouse shipping and receiving.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the warehouse fulfillment activities (order packaging, shipping, and receiving)
- Communicate with the Sales Department and Accounting Department to ensure orders are shipped on schedule.
- Responsible for keeping the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe.
- Monitor closely the number of products coming in and out of the warehouse.
- Work with other branches (MD, TX & CA warehouses) to coordinate inbound/outbound inventory shipment.
- Work closely with Procurement Manager to forecast inventory needed to order.
- Have ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Achieve the business goals of the operation including cost, quality, safety, and delivery.
- Be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day shift goals and metrics of the production department are met, including continuous and ongoing process improvement for better operational efficiencies.
- Oversee and manage quality of work, safety of work environment, and personnel issues for warehouse staff.
- Set standards and ensure safety and compliance with company policies as well as OSHA Regulations.
- Always uphold a positive attitude, be efficient and keep up with the pace of production.
- Be accountable and dependable.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
