Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, as well as a proven track record of process improvement and order fulfillment.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and optimizing warehouse processes.
Minimum commitment of 30-35 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Oversee the accuracy of inventory counts and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures

- Participating in weekly and monthly calls

Qualifications:
- Strong Computer Skills with personal computer
- Knowledge of Google Spreadsheets and Google Drive
- Experience with Shopify
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for process improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team and management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Location: South Austin / Dripping Springs
Must have reliable transportation.
Details:
Rate: $30.00
30 hour guaranteed minimum per week
(10) days paid time off after (6) months in good standing
Flexible schedule, open to (3/4) days a week.
Mileage covered per the IRS approved rate for any special projects, deliveries, mail drops, etc.
Busy Seasons 5-6 times a year with potential to earn up to $1800+/week
$200 merch credit per quarter
Must have computer skills and personal laptop.
Pay 1st and 15th of each month, direct deposit.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $900.00 - $1,800.00 per week
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
