Responsibilities:
1. Shipping and Receiving:
- Accept and sign packages, and record in the inventory system.
- Operate a forklift to load/upload trucks & stack pallets (trucks can be a 26ft, 56ft, or a container).
- Basic forklift maintenance.
- Keep track of paperwork received & scanned onto company server.
- Make sure the daily mail goes out & delivering incoming mail to accounting office.
- Use UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping software/website.
- Ship items out of inventory.
- Provide shipping costs for team members when asked.
- Make sure daily packages are picked up.
- Know how to use packaging equipment.
2. Warehouse management
- Implement company warehouse policies and procedures
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Manage warehouse space to ensure work efficiency and safety
- Arrange the products for long term storage (stacking pallets)
- Maintain the physical condition and security of the facility and all surrounding areas. (making sure all security camera systems are operational, and know how to use the software)
- Manage warehouse trash and waste (Trash pickup days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- Manage warehouse supplies inventory (tape, boxes, etc.)
- Manage warehouse parking space. Make sure no blocking for loading/unloading area.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting scheduled inventory count with accounting team
3. Company Vehicle Daily Maintenance
- Maintain company vehicle usage log on daily basis
- Implement company vehicle policies and procedures
- Schedule routine vehicle maintenance with supporting team (tire rotation, oli change, and annual inspections)
- Report and escalate car repair issue and coordinate with supporting team for repair.
4. Miscellaneous
- Fill up drinking water for company
- Pickup & delivery of products
- Random requests
- Home Depot purchases (and other stores)
- Drive or pick up a team member to or from a location.
- Assist production line due to project needs.
- Help assembling product per project needs.
- Scanning and boxing up RMA returns for Lenovo parts
Qualifications:
· Familiar with Business Central considered a plus.
· Be able to operate a forklift to load/upload trucks & stack pallets (trucks can be a 26ft, 56ft, or a container).OSHA forklift certification is a plus.
· Familiar with UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping software/website considered a plus.
· Ability to lift at least 50+ pounds.
· Three or more years of experience in warehouse management
· Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
· Associate’s Degree preferred
· Driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
