WAREHOUSE ACCOUNT CLERK
Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a WarehouseAccount Clerkfor our new factory in Columbus, Ohio.
This Warehouse Account Clerk assists with overall warehouse operations, planning, and daily activities, including receiving and stowing, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation. Other responsibilities include: Supports the planning of efficient layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space. Monitors the safety and security of goods and materials. Utilizes a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other databases to track, analyze, and report processes and performance.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall accounting and exception handling of the raw material and
• finished goods warehouses, ensuring accurate and timely posting of accounts.
• Responsible for auditing the warehouse to ensure proper account reconciliation and
• adherence to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method.
• Establishing standards and guidelines for warehouse management, performance
• evaluation, and audit procedures, and continuously improving them.
• Overseeing the information technology and automation of warehouse logistics.
• Coordinating internal training and skill enhancement programs for warehouse logistics.
• Completion of other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
• Outstanding learning and communication ability;
• Microsoft Office savvy;
• Keen data insight ability.
