The Impact You Will Make

The Vice President of Marketing will lead the Everstory Partners Marketing Department by designing, implementing, and monitoring effective marketing strategies that drive the business goals and the company’s long-term success. The primary focus of this role is to create campaigns and programs that generate quality leads. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, this individual will manage a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing techniques. This role will require occasional travel to field locations and events.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and contribute to sales results
  • Create, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget and manage expenses
  • Drive implementation of Marketing campaigns that meet sales objectives and create leads. Monitor campaigns and make improvements when necessary; develop clear and concise reporting for stakeholders

  • Understand the competitive landscape including knowledge of benchmarking, campaigns, activities, products, and results
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Utilize knowledge of SEO and web analytics to create dynamic and effective marketing strategies
  • Understand Everstory’s CRM software and the integration of Marketing tools and techniques that promote effective lead generation
  • Working with the operations and sales teams, prioritize marketing projects, provide a calendar of events and allocate resources accordingly
  • Nurture relationships with and manage all 3rd party marketing vendors
  • Prepare media statements and press releases as needed
  • Direct, supervise, coach and develop marketing team members
  • Maintain brand standard and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels
  • Participate in Everstory’s Good Selling Program as a subject matter expert for new Sales Counselors, sharing marketing information and resources to quickly enable their effectiveness in selling; create programs to educate existing Sales Counselors with the same information
  • Gather and organize metrics and information to be shared with key stakeholders within the business on a regular basis
  • Partner with other department leaders, both at the Support Center and within Field Operations, supporting specific marketing needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field required
  • 8+ years of experience managing and directing all aspects of a Marketing team
  • 5+ years of experience in referral marketing, lead generation and community outreach
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and web analytics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Experience managing an in person and remote workforce with the ability to engage a team regardless of work environment
  • Computer Skills: Ability to understand and use computer software that the department uses for employment, compliance, and reporting purposes. Specific Software Packages: CRM, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe PRO, Monday.com, Slack, Google Chrome, HRIS and ATS software.

Work Environment

The work environment is in a workspace or office at the Florida Support Center with up to 15% business travel as needed.
