Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product Marketing team in defining brand strategy, executing national/local campaigns, optimizing lead generation efforts, and positioning products from planning to launch.
- Architect the go-to-market strategy for franchisees, inclusive of signage, loyalty programs, special events, localized promotions, visual merchandising, and brand partnerships.
- Develop pricing strategies and guidelines to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.
- Lead online and in-store retail marketing campaigns (strategy, implementation, performance management, optimization, and reporting).
- Partner with the eCommerce team to analyze historical online sales and understand customer demographics with the intent of increasing web sales and elevating the user experience.
- Maintain a content that synergizes brick and mortar, online, and emerging sales channel strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 year’s experience in Product Marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, CPG marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Experience with multi-unit store or food & beverage companies a plus.
