Due to anticipated growth in Wisconsin, Dove Healthcare is seeking a VP of Clinical Operations to provide clinical and administrative leadership for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating safe, high quality patient care across all Dove Healthcare locations.
This new position will report to the CEO, serve as a member of Dove Healthcare's executive leadership team, and be supported by the director of Clinical services.

Understanding our residents are the focal point of everything we do, the VP of Clinical Operations will work collaboratively with all locations to maintain and advance our strong outcomes and quality ratings.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- understand, incorporate, and demonstrate Dove Healthcare's mission, vision, and values in behaviors, practices, and decisions
- engage routinely with all locations in regards to (but not limited to) resident care, state and federal surveys, regulatory compliance, and clinical services
- drive clinical outcomes, assist with clinical policies/procedures, complete mock surveys and plan of corrections as needed, while complying with state and federal regulations as well as standards of care
- stay current on applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations; implement necessary systems to maintain compliance; and effectively educate across all locations
- identify and schedule in-person visits based on clinical needs of each location
- determine and coordinate training and professional development opportunities for directors of nursing and other clinical roles
- provide necessary training and education to prepare nursing teams to confidently care for increasing complexity and acuity
Requirements Include:
- current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- prior experience as a director of nursing in long-term care
- certifications may include WCC, DNS-CT, DWC, IP, AANAC, etc.
- active in the WI Director of Nursing Council and a WI long-term care state association
- multi-facility clinical leadership experience
- expertise in the following service lines: in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator and tracheostomy care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care
- practical stress management skills
- successfully work with people of all backgrounds and educational levels
- high level of professionalism, dependability, and communication skills
