We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:
- Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, take meeting minutes, accounts payable and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of a department including sick calls, payroll, provider/employee time off requests and student coordination.
- Act as a resource for staff and providers for clinic needs.

Education:
Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role
Preferred - Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
