POSITION TITLE/STATUS:
Supervised Exchange and Parenting Time (SEPT) Volunteer Coordinator
Part-time, 32 hrs. /wk., Non-exempt, Benefits eligible
· Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:00pm-8:15pm
· Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:15pm – 8:15pm
· Saturdays from 9:30am-5pm
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Reports to SEPT Program Manager
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively support the SEPT Program with all aspects of volunteer coordination to include recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, training, recognition, retention, and ongoing data management. Plan and coordinate the initial SEPT volunteer core training sessions as well as scheduling volunteers to work the visitation site each week. Support site operations as needed; primary visitation facilitator when volunteers are not available. Master the skills of visitation facilitation to ensure the ability to train and support volunteers in their role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. High school graduate (or equivalent) required
B. Experience working with volunteers or equivalent experience
C. Knowledge of human services and/or court system operations
D. Computer skills to include Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, and database entry
E. Reliable transportation
F. Availability to work evenings and Saturdays required

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $26,256 – 33,072/Annual, $15.78 - $19.88/Hour
