The successful Virtual Interior Design Assistant at 4Dbiz will wear many hats. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, friendly, caring, diligent, and accountable.

Job Details:
- Looking to hire within the next 2 weeks
- Part-time employment to start, with room to grow to full-time
- $17-$23/hour, depending on experience, skills, and professionalism

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistants -
Provide Administrative Assistant services or design services to our Interior Designer clients, including:
- Scheduling
- Invoicing
- Billing
- Placing and tracking orders
- Remote project management
- Trade communications
- Client communication
- Frequent meetings to ensure that all projects are on track
- Taking detailed notes of all meetings and communications so that nothing is lost
- Diligently following up on action items needed to keep our company moving forward
- Ensure client retention by providing excellent customer service
- Build a trusting, friendly relationship with our clients and our team
- Mastering the 4Dbiz technology in order to be in great liaison between the designer and our 4Dbiz team

Design Assistants -
- Drafting space plans, elevations, shop drawings, and CD sets
- Creating modeled and photo realistic renderings
- Sourcing
- Client presentations and mood boards
- Mastering the 4Dbiz technology in order to be in great liaison between the designer and our 4Dbiz team

Desired Skill Set:
- MUST be extremely confident with learning new technology

- Experience in the Interior Design industry; degree is desirable but not required

- Must have proficiency with Zoom, Google Drive, Canva, Google Sheets, Google Slides
- Prociency with one or all of the following Asana, Airtable, Notion, Monday
- Knowledge of Interior Design vendors, project workflow, invoicing & ordering workflow and industry best practices
- (Design Assistants) Proficiency with all of the following CAD, Sketchup, Vray, Chief Architect, Revit
Required work experience and education:

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
