Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of Video and Photography, this person will own the oversight of video, audio, and photography productions. This person will own content production from start to finish, including scheduling (video/photo contractors and team members), attending photo/video productions, following brand guidelines, working with external production partners, managing post-production workflow, and communicating project updates.
This individual will handle multiple work streams, developing creative and strategic plans with cross-functional teams, and executing against a wide variety of creative and strategic business briefs and marketing channels. This role requires collaboration, solution-oriented approach to the system's mission, being adept at connecting the work of the video and photo teams to the Children's Health brand by delivering high-quality content on short and long-term deadlines, and a strong understanding of the system's goals and priorities.
Responsibilities:
* Helps guide the look of Children's Health and ensures it is consistent across all channels.
* Responsible for TV, Video, Digital, Social, Audio, and post-production content development, asset management, and maintaining production best practices.
* Manage internal production and resourcing. Including partnering with internal Videographers/Photographer on assignments.
* Drive day-to-day prioritization of tasks, while providing clear communication across the team on timing and next steps.
* Develop project plans across multiple work streams.
* Help maintain the overall budget health and resource allocation across projects.
* Coordinate between various team members, clinical staff, and patients for scheduling.
* Manage third party vendors and internal resources.
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
* Establish workflows and ensure that learnings are documented, shared, and rolled out.
* Stays up to date with the latest innovative industry tools.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
You may be required to float occasionally to other Children's Health locations including Dallas, Plano and THD Clinics. (Starttime hours can be discussed during interviews)
How You'll Be Successful:
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 5 years Related experience Req
* At least 5 years Agency and/or in-house creative experience as a broadcast producer Pref
EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Marketing, Design or Communications Req
