Video Game Systems Technician

We provide Video Game Systems loaded with games and ready to play. That means we take Xboxes, PlayStations, Nintendos, iPads and VR systems and load them with the games our customers want so they are ready to play, right out of the box.

We primarily serve children's hospitals and charities. Our consoles are in hundreds of hospitals across the US and Canada. We work with all the major charities like Make A Wish, plus dozens of smaller charities. We also serve libraries, hotels, dental/ortho offices, correctional facilities, and esports. For esports we rent out gaming systems for competitive tournaments across the US and Canada. We also rent out gaming systems for free play areas at conventions like New York Comic Con and PAX.

We’re looking for a Video Game Technician. This is an office job in our Everett WA office. This is NOT a remote job. Please do not apply if you don't live in the area.

The job includes:

* Loading gaming systems with games (at a desk - 80%)

* Packing orders for outgoing shipment (15%)

* Taking tech support calls from our very nice customers (5%)

The position pays $19/hour at our downtown Everett, WA office. The job is 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Qualities we are looking for are:

* You live within easy commuting distance to our office in downtown Everett

* You have at least some experience working in an office setting

* You display excellent literacy for reading and following instructions, and for writing emails to our customers

* You have pretty good computer literacy including emails, excel/google sheets, PDFing documents

* You are comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs, and can pack outgoing shipments

* You have a strong history of school, employment or military service that shows you stick with things
