Producer
Job Description:
- Producers are excellent communicators, problem solvers, and collaborators. We provide clarity and empower teams to make experiences players love. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and artists to bring high-quality features to life. During development, a Producer uses metrics and good processes to drive customer focus, and team priorities, and coordinate deliverables across multiple disciplines to achieve team goals.
Responsibilities:
- Working across Content and UI Teams to land all content required month-to-month
- Liaising for Posters / Intro Cinematics / Mograph / Welcome Center Tile / Copy / Configuration Vanity
- Handling Script and Loc Submissions
- Handling GeoPol and CELA submissions for Live Content
- Handling CMS asset propagation and management
- Helping Manage Welcome Center schedule
- Keeping Release Documentation, Worksheets, Confluence Up to Date
- Working with Community teams to ensure patch notes, assets, etc are shared between teams
- Managing Design Team Tasks
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in the below requirements:
- Demonstrated experience shipping game features.
- Working knowledge of agile development practices.
- Strong analytical mind and experience working with project scheduling.
- Proven ability to collaborate with feature leads to achieve production plans that work for all disciplines.
Compensation:
- $38.72 - $51.63/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)
