Nintendo of America: Customer Service Representative - Portuguese

Start Date: Monday, February 5th 2024 (Tentative Start Date Subject to 1-2 week variance)

Pay Range: $24/hr (with room for growth)

Contract Length: 11 month contract (these roles have the risk of seasonal ramp downs based on performance and demand. There is also opportunity for recurring contract & room for growth for top performers)

Worksite Location: Remote (Must live in the state of Washington without exception)

Schedule:

Open availability required Mon-Sun 6am-7pm. You will work either 8-10 hours per day, 32-40 hours per week within this range.

Schedules will be provided every Friday for 2 weeks in advance.

Training: First 4 weeks, must be available 7am-3:30pm (Fully remote as well)

Job Description:

A Consumer Service Representative you will be assisting consumers with a variety of calls:

·        Providing online connection support for gaming systems.

·        Troubleshoot hardware issues and set up product repairs as needed.

·        Troubleshooting connection problems including walking consumers’ through network security settings and router settings.

·        Answering consumer questions regarding the online features of their game systems.

·        Documenting and forward consumer comments.

·        Answering consumer calls from children and adults.

·        Resolving account issues (login issues, fraudulent charges, account bans, etc.)

·        Collect consumer information for incident tracking.

·        Inform consumers about products and services.
