Job description

Level up your career by joining the Retail Digital Video Games team at Amazon. You will work with internal stakeholders including vendor management and tech, teams as well as the top brands in the industry, to bring the hottest downloadable digital gaming and software content to millions of customers across the globe.
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be the direct connection between the business, vendors and tech teams, playing a critical role in selection onboarding, growth and digital operations. You will provide operational support for content launches including offer setup, configuration and quality control. You will ingest assets, copy and configure offers in our digital content portals. With an attention to detail and customer obsession, you'll be responsible for building content detail pages and troubleshooting issues on behalf of customers and external partners. Longer-term focuses include automation and building new processes for things like ASIN creation and Key Redemption.
Key job responsibilities
- Using your technical acumen and customer obsession, you'll drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
- Lead strategic initiatives across the broader organization with global scale
- Leverage feedback and data to build or change requirements of operational programs
- Innovate, develop, and iterate on and build new solutions, based on customer feedback
- Provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer
- Uplift capabilities by running workshops, lunch-and-lean sessions, etc.
