Nintendo of America: Remote Customer Service Representative - French
Start Date: Monday, March 11th 2024
Pay Range: $24/hr
Contract Length: 11 month contract (chance for recurring contract & room for growth)
Worksite Location: Remote (Must live in the state of Washington)
Schedule: Open availability required Mon-Sun 6am-7pm.
Your schedule will be either 8-10 hours per day, 30-40 hours per week within this range.
Schedules will be provided every Friday for 2 weeks in advance.
Training Schedule: Mon-Fri Normal Business Hours (First 3-4 weeks)
Job Description:
A Consumer Service Representative you will be assisting consumers with a variety of calls:
· Providing online connection support for the Nintendo gaming systems.
· Troubleshoot hardware issues and set up product repairs as needed.
· Troubleshooting connection problems including walking consumers’ through network security settings and router settings.
· Answering consumer questions regarding the online features of their Nintendo game systems.
· Documenting and forward consumer comments.
· Answering consumer calls from children and adults.
· Resolving Nintendo account issues (login issues, fraudulent charges, account bans, etc.)
· Collect consumer information for incident tracking.
· Inform consumers about Nintendo products and services.

Aptitude Test: 70 and above for all scores
Speed Test: Internet speed test 15+ mbps download speed & 2 mbps upload speed required minimums
(Internet must be hardwired and cannot be relying on a cell network, or satellite)
