Associate Attorney - Technology & Video Games

Emerald Search Partners is assisting a well-respected Seattle law firm in their search for an Associate Attorney to join their Video Games & Interactive Media Practice Group (3800).  This role will advise clients on technology transactions, intellectual property, privacy, licensing, and commercial transactions. Responsibilities include prepare and negotiate complex agreements, advise clients on privacy laws and regulations, review documents including terms of service and privacy policies, and other duties to assist emerging companies in commercializing their intellectual property. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of legal experience including a background in intellectual property and contract law. Other requirements include an active Washington State license, outstanding academic credentials, and the ability to analyze complex legal matters.
