Position Overview:
As the Vice President of Sales for our e-commerce division, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the e-commerce sector.
- Maintain a P&L budget for the digital channel.
- Build, lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Utilize data analytics and sales forecasting techniques to track performance metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales incentives to maximize profitability and market penetration.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce sales to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in e-commerce sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Amazon and DTC brand sites is required.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and sales forecasting.

- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Pay: $165,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
