There is a need to recruit an experienced Vice President of Operations with Senior Living expertise to spearhead the nationwide launch of a new software enterprise. The role is pivotal in ensuring the sustained success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute comprehensive organizational strategies to attain business objectives.
• Develop and implement targeted strategies for marketing and selling the company's health and wellness software to senior living entities.
• Work closely with executive leadership to contribute to the overall success and expansion of the company.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth delivery and support of software solutions to clients.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with influential decision-makers in senior living organizations.
• Collaborate with product development teams to synchronize software enhancements with the evolving needs of the senior living market.
• Scrutinize financial performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing cost-effective measures.
• Assess operational performance against strategic goals, recommending adjustments when necessary.
