HNI Healthcare is hiring a Vice President of Operations- Shared Services. This position is responsible for providing support and enabling the growth of the business by developing and executing strategies targeting provider recruitment, and provider credentialing and enrollment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provider Recruitment
- Develop and support a robust provider recruitment team that effectively manages resources to achieve developed metrics.
- Establish a robust and effective internal locums organization that will support both new and existing programs.
- Develop, maintain, and update appropriate incentive schedules and metrics to produce and support the effective recruitment and retention of employed providers, as well as those in the internal locums organization.
- Establish, maintain, and update forecasting staffing models for new programs that will effectively use permanent, regional, and locums providers within a prescribed start-up budget.
Provider Credentialing & Enrollment
- Oversees a team responsible for the credentialing & recredentialing and payer enrollment of providers.
- Develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures to ensure provider active status with facilities and payers.
- Develop and maintain a provider Quality Assurance program to support the organizations quality commitment to our patients and facilities.
Education and/or Experience
- College degree in related field required with advanced degree preferred; over fifteen years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
