We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Operations to join our team. As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's operations. ```Responsibilities:```
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and achieve company goals
- Manage and optimize all operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure effective execution of operational strategies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the operations department
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and make data-driven decisions
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives
