Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans through numerous channels (Web, SMS, Social, Paid Media, Email, Apps etc) and strategies with a strong bias for generating new users of Medici.
- Take a hands-on approach to digital marketing initiatives; testing different tactics with an inherent tenacity to turn over every stone to find approaches that drive utilization.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance.
- Manage the company's websites including driving traffic through SEO efforts.
- Develop usable testimonials and white papers to build trust with our brand.
- Demonstrate a high level of leadership cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative marketing programs that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Shared Services marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong digital marketing capabilities supported by analytical astuteness.
- 10-14 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a Vice President of Marketing role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in a start-up environment plus
