As a key member of our executive team, the VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our market presence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that encompasses all aspects of Marketing, including digital, content, branding, and public relations.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve exceptional performance and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business goals.
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation through effective campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to deliver maximum ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and influencers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of Marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
