Job Summary:
Sunergy is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team. The Vice President of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding our customer base, and maximizing sales opportunities in the solar energy sector. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand our customer base and market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, product development, and customer service initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
- Oversee the sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in building, managing, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices, with the ability to drive results in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Knowledge of solar energy industry trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape is a plus.
