Vice President Of Finance

We are actively seeking a Vice President of Finance to join our team. This position oversees all accounting and finance functions for our nationwide operations. The job is located in our corporate office near Ogden, UT. The ideal candidate will shape the financial future of our expanding company by providing strategic advice to the CEO and Executive Team, with potential to progress into a CFO role as the business scales over the next 3-5 years. Salary and benefits range from 150K - 200K.

Core Responsibilities:

• Offer strategic financial counsel and guidance to the CEO and executive leadership team
• Lead financial planning efforts through analysis of company performance, forecasting, and risk assessment

Develop and maintain financial models, plans, and budgets

• Maintain continual awareness of financial status to proactively identify and mitigate issues
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and laws
• Manage the company's cash flow and treasury functions
• Establish and track KPIs aligned to company objectives and strategy
• Establish objectives, mentor, and develop staff in the department
• Oversee the monthly and annual financial close process
• Prepare detailed financial reports for executives and external partners
• Set up and manage accounting and finance systems

Skills & Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling
• Expertise in MS Office365 (especially Excel) and financial management software. Trimble Spectrum, preferably.
• Experience upgrading and migrating financial platforms
• Sharp analytical thinking and strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field required
