WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Reporting to the CoPresident, VPHR will work directly with all areas of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring HR initiatives support and drive organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills, foster career growth, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Lead the design and implementation of performance management and training systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and individual development.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment by overseeing employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensuring fair and equitable treatment across all levels.
- Establish and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee compensation strategies, benefit programs, and rewards systems to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with HR strategies and objectives.
- Manage HR budgets effectively, optimizing resources while delivering high-quality HR services.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, development and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and utilizing data to drive HR decisions.
- Experience in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of HRIS systems.
EDUCATION
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Humana Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
