Qualified candidates must have:
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Business field
•Master's degree in finance preferred, CPA a plus
•7+ years of experience leading Accounting/Finance functions within a manufacturing environment
•Oracle, SAP, or experience with cost accounting, budgeting, and analysis using any other Enterprise Financial System
About the Position:
The Vice President of Finance is a key financial leader within our $2B global organization who contributes to the operations, development, and oversight of financial strategies, operational performance, planning and analysis. The VP of Finance ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting as well as acts as a strategic business partner with both Operations and Executive leadership teams. The VP of Finance oversees all area of financial operations, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities include:
•Partner with operating team to drive performance and financial achievement through use of KPI based analytics
•Direct responsibility in creating and presenting on both short- and long-term forecasts, as well as the annual budget
•Interacts at all levels and with budget owners or other stakeholders to produce timely, efficient, and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting
•Responsible for driving financial operations function throughout the organization, driving accountability and partnerships with Operations to grow the organization
•Performs special projects as assigned by the CFO
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including metrics around KPIs and commentary for Senior Leadership Team
•Work closely with Operations in the development of appropriate staffing models and ensure accuracy and integrity of those models and drive operational performance
•Meet regularly with operating units and departmental management to review operating expenses vs. plan/forecast
•Work with Senior Leadership to identify opportunities for profitability improvements and/or cost efficiencies

•Provide status of financial condition of company by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting financial data and trend analysis to Senior Management
•Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures or special projects, programs, capital expenditures, products costing, etc. as necessary
•Perform financial and operational analysis and execution to support the goals and success of the company and guide financial decisions by developing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing a documents system of sound fiscal practices
Travel:
•Willingness and ability to travel to both domestic and international locations as required. Travel not to exceed 10%.
•Compensation:$185,000-225,000 + bonus

Sara opens the Administrative practice in Bedford and makes an immediate impact in the scope and depth of the recruiting and placement in the office.
2015
The Bedford office grows and Tony makes plans to transition toward retirement. Raven Ridge is founded and acquires the Bedford location. The office expands and moves to a larger space in Bedford, NH. Payroll and billing operations move to the Bedford office. Growth and change create new business partners and new relationships; both internal and external.
2016
A banner year for finding great team members! Dennis joins the Technical / Engineering group, assisting in the growth of the business. Kassey joins the Administrative team offering expertise in the Administrative and Human Resources job market.
2020
Ashlee joins the organization to head up administrative operations in charge of payroll and billing.
